Sunblock is the Key to Preventing Wrinkles

Other than constant, habitual expressions, there is no factor that contributes to wrinkles more than the sun. The sun's harmful uv-rays dig into the skin and cause deep, fine, concentrated wrinkles. If you are serious about preventing wrinkles, you certainly apply a lot of sunblock to your skin each time you enter the sun.

But do you really do that? Surveys show that people rarely apply sunblock as they should. The sun can really do damage to your skin. Each time you enter exposure to the sun, you are potentially damaging your skin. Be very cognizant of this, and apply a sunblock with spf 25 or higher each time you enter the sun. This goes for a quick walk around the block or an all day beach trip.

Keep sunblock in handy places, such as your golf bag, vehicle, or anywhere when you think you'll have some exposure to the sun.
